Mr. Madhusudhan G - Managing Trustee

Coming from a humble background, Mr Madhusudhan, Chairman of Sumadhura Group, embodies strong human values and a deep sense of responsibility toward society. Having experienced the power of opportunity in his own life, he firmly believes in extending that same helping hand to others, enabling them to grow and succeed. For him, the foundation of true empowerment lies in providing the right education and the right skills. With knowledge and skills, an individual not only transforms their own life but also uplifts many others along the way.Mr Madhusudhan also believes that growth is meaningful only when it includes the community around us. His philosophy reflects the idea that real progress is not measured in individual success alone, but in the collective upliftment of society. Under his leadership, Sumadhura Foundation has become a symbol of this belief, where every initiative mirrors the values of growth, care, and shared prosperity.

Mrs. G Swapna - Trustee

Growing up in a close-knit joint family, Mrs. Swapna imbibed strong values of togetherness, ethics, and compassion from an early age. Her empathetic nature and deep concern for underprivileged communities inspire her active involvement in the Foundation’s initiatives. She strongly believes that education is a powerful tool for transformation and consistently supports efforts that enable access to quality learning for deserving students. She is known for her proactive approach, often being the first to respond when requests for higher education support arise, ensuring that no deserving individual is held back due to financial constraints. Her compassion also extends to physically disabled individuals, where she advocates for inclusivity, dignity, and equal opportunities. Through her commitment and thoughtful guidance, Mrs. Swapna continues to contribute to initiatives that empower individuals, promote self-reliance, and create meaningful and lasting impact in society.

Mr. K V Ramarao - Trustee

Mr Ramarao is a firm believer in the values of hard work and trust, living by example that determination can take a person to great heights. His journey reflects the power of perseverance and integrity, inspiring others to follow the same path. He strongly advocates for skilling and entrepreneurship as key drivers of personal and social transformation. By empowering individuals with the right skills and entrepreneurial mindset, he believes people can uplift not only their own lives but also bring lasting progress to their families and communities. Through his vision and commitment, Mr Ramarao contributes to shaping initiatives that foster self-reliance, dignity, and collective growth.

Mr.K.Bharat Kumar - Trustee

Mr.G.Naveen Kumar - Trustee

His approach is not just about doing more, but about doing it with excellence—ensuring that every activity delivers long-term value and consistently exceeds expectations. Mr.G.Subba Rao - Trustee

Mr Subba Rao is an active member and is always the first to reach out to the underprivileged in times of crisis. Helping people affected by disasters and bringing their lives back to normal gives him a great sense of purpose, meaning, and satisfaction.
