Sumadhura Nirman Shathashatham
Telangana
Initiated in the Year, 2025 – Ongoing
Background
Government school students, especially in Classes 8th to 10th, often face multiple barriers to academic success. Many are first-generation learners from economically disadvantaged families who lack a conducive study environment and academic support at home. Traditional classroom methods tend to focus on fast learners, leaving a large percentage of students behind.
Despite significant government investment, learning outcomes and pass percentages remain a concern, leading to declining trust in public education. Recognizing this gap, Sumadhura Foundation initiated the “Nirman” Program to strengthen academic foundations, improve pass rates, and enable access to higher education and career opportunities.
Sumadhura “Nirman” is an integrated academic support and career advancement program implemented in partnership with Vandematharam Foundation and the Education Department.
